Hi! I’m Shanda [pronounced SHAWN-duh] Bonn, Owner and Founder of Bonn Bonn VA. I’m currently a high school French and Theatre Arts teacher, but I’m in the midst of writing the next chapter of my life, as a Virtual Assistant-Digital Nomad!

I use my skills and experience to help small business owners achieve their goals by providing behind-the-scenes support. In addition to being an educator, I have an extensive background in office administration that began at the age of 15. While my friends were working in fast food, I was doing data entry for a tech firm because I was, and am, a bit of a nerd.

Over the years, I’ve worked as an Executive Assistant in major film and TV studios, an Office Manager for an architectural firm, and a Retail Sales Manager for a cooking school. And my experience as a theatrical producer has honed my event management skills.

I hold an A.A. in Acting from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, a B.A. in Communications from Chapman University, an M.Ed. from Teach Now - Moreland School of Education, and French Language Certificates from the Alliance Française and the University of Paris, La Sorbonne.
